Hi! I'm Georgia Cauble, an Associate Broker and REALTOR® licensed in three states: with Maximum One® Premier REALTORS® in GEORGIA, Maximum One REALTORS® in NORTH CAROLINA, and 1st Enterprise Real Estate and Construction in TENNESSEE.
Having lived and worked in North Georgia for many years (over 50!) and in western North Carolina for several years prior to moving to Georgia, I take great pride in being able to help my clients sell and buy homes in our various communities where there are abundant natural resources available to residents, and tourists alike. Even with growth and change, there's nothing like the call of the mountains and finding a home surrounded by natural beauty, and living a more relaxed life.
I have a husband, four grown children who have blessed me with twenty-five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Family time is my special time and it’s a joyous time when we get together! I also enjoy worship and fellowship at First Baptist Church of Ellijay, reading, amateur nature photography, fused glass and other handcrafts.
I've held management and admin positions in the academic, hospitality, medical, and manufacturing fields. In all those areas, I found joy in serving people. A year after leaving GA Tech, my love of helping others led me to real estate. For over 15 years now, I've been helping people achieve their real estate goals.

So in evaluating real estate, it is very important that you be aware of Local Factors. This includes such things as Neighborhood Trends, Area Growth Patterns, Local Ordinances and Government Issues, and the Condition of Competing Properties. These are reasons why a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is critical when determining the Sales Price or Offer Price of a property.
